Paula Jones, L.V.N. Clinic Nurse

Paula is from western New York, attending Arnot Ogden School of Nursing in Elmira, New York. She has been in Texas since 1978 and has over twenty years of experience in  the field of plastic surgery.

“It is such a pleasure to work in a practice with the reputation for professionalism, excellent patient care and a warm, inviting office. I especially enjoy the interaction with the wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive patients we see.“

Assisting with outpatient procedures performed in the office and scheduling surgery are part of Paula’s position. She wants your experience with the office to be a positive one and is readily available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Louisa Lang, R.N. Aesthetic Nurse

Louisa is a registered nurse  specializing in plastic surgery and skin care for the past 15 years. Hailing originally from Corpus Christi, she's lived in Dallas since 1986.

As the clinic's Aesthetic Nurse she assists our patients  in selecting a skin care regimen appropriate for them. She performs facials, microdermabrasions, photorejuvenation, laser hair removal, peels, and does permanent make-up.

"My philosophy on skin care is that everyone should have a daily skin care regimen that is comprehensive and involve minimal steps.  With today's busy lifestyles, you want something quick, easy, but most of all, effective."

Louisa is committed to her clients, and looks forward to helping them achieve their skin care goals. She invites you to discuss your personal skin care issues with her when you visit the office.

Ginger Trammell, Practice Manager

Ginger is originally from San Antonio, where she participated in a high school work program by serving as a hospital Unit Clerk. She liked the interaction with doctors and patients so much that she went on to work in three different medical practices before coming to work for PSA eight years ago.

“It’s very gratifying to work for a physician who has the impeccable reputation that Dr. Newsom has, not only as a surgeon but as a person. Patients adore him.“

As Dr. Newsom’s Practice Manager, Ginger schedules his surgeries, makes appointments for him, processes his patients’ insurance claims and answers their questions. She finds it especially gratifying to see the difference that reconstructive surgery makes in patients’ lives. She also says it’s fun to see the “before“ and “after“ changes in cosmetic patients and learn how much better it makes them feel.

Martha Bruce, Practice Manager

Martha is a new and welcome addition to the Plastic Surgery Associates' staff. She works full time in the Plano office.

"I have enjoyed my time working in Dr. Perry and Dr. Newsom's offices. It is a very pleasant work environment and I feel very confident in the care that they provide our patients. I especially enjoy seeing the satisfaction on our patients faces after their surgeries."

Martha will handle your appointment scheduling, insurance claims, and surgery fee estimates. She looks forward to making your experience with our office a pleasant one.
